BAYP now current with the OTC-pure comedy

There's the Tell, that the first of the P&D PRs can't be far behind.

The Q3 OTC slop filing mis-stated the O/S by about -11M shares. But who's counting. LOL

Cash on the books: $2.83. Wonder how many leases in the Permian that will buy?

Where did that $15M in LeRoy money ever go to? For some odd reason it wasn't accounted for in the so called Q3 filing. Aah, it must bee in the Q2, filed at the same time...

Oh my it isn't accounted for there either. Ending cash balance $2.23. Wow, the cash balance increased +$0.60. Way to go Porter! Does that represent First National Bank Homlimy giving interest to the BAYP bank account? Or did Porter's wife toss $0.60 into the bin in the drive thru window for a deposit? Oh, that's right the massive increase in cash must be due to that booming oil revenue.

Q2 there was $100 in oil revenue. Q3 it was $83.12. It sounds like they got the revenue equivalent of 2.5 barrels of oil. Is it too early to nominate Porter as Microcrap CEO of the year for 2016? Oil gushers erupted the past 2 quarters!

Let's check for other revenue... huh??? There doesn't seem to be any. Now that's strange (insert cough here) no revenue from the wonderful JV with Shameberg Inc? Maybe we can get a hint from the discussion about "Nature of Operations" section. Well, there doesn't seem to be any mention of the JV. It's almost as though it never existed. Imagine that!

But not all is lost. We have on page 11:

The Company has retained the services of Ken Bart of Bart & Associates, LLC,to compile and submit a Form 10 filing working toward SEC Fully Reporting Status and OTCQB up listing. We have supplied our attorney with business plan, Industry Standard Asset Questionnaire, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Meeting Notes and Amendments.

Let's do some expense guesstimates...The going rate for expense ought to be: $0.25 to hire an auditor to do 2014, 2015. Another $0.70 to hire an oil engineering firm to give an oil reserves report, which leaves plenty left over from the starting cash amount of $2.83 to gobble up swaths of the Permian basin.

Note to Shameberg... you really have your PR pump work cut out for ya in Feb 2016. ROTFLMAO!
