Hi, I don't see the end game here, a small handheld Firefly, a small handheld thermometer deal which took a huge a/s increase to accommodate, and now an all convertible debt deal nearly a million dollars starting 6 months from now for a van and RV conversion company.

looks like they are putting it all together
