The lack of communication is not right. The fact that he communicated that we would have filings and then went dark is even worse.

I was aware as late as 2 months ago, that he was pursuing financing for an acquisition. Whether he will be successful or even if he is still active, I don't know. But I think there is still a very minute glimmer of hope here and that's about the extent of it.
