You count on the spin out shares of a new company with unknown outcome.

And my posts are about what will happen with this stock and this doesn´t look like a shareholder friendly transaction and it´s strange that they change the ratio from 1 for 19 to 1 for 101 in only one week.

A solid company would never mislead their investors and no one can tell me they did not know about the 1 for 101 reverse split.

If there is no value behind the spin out shares, it looks bad, that´s for sure.
