My dd is good, i posted only the 8k and i have seen the spin out, but if the spin out shares are worthless, who cares about it?

I quoted only the 8-k and there was a significant change.

In the 8-k December 15 it was "approximately 1 for 19 r/s", then they changed the ratio only one week later to "1 for 101 r/s".
Very strange.

What does the new company have?
- Nothing!

This is the second r/s in the last 3 years.
There was already a 1 for 40 reverse split 2012 .
They are good in stealing money of shareholders.

In the first sticky you posted:

"19-1 RS to make the OS 12M after the merger is done. "

And now suddenly you post:

"101-1 RS to make the OS 12M after the merger is done."

Which one is it? One of your calculations is obvious wrong, it´s not possible that after a 1 for 19 r/s the o/s is 12m and after 1 for 101 r/s i´s also 12m.

Again, there is more dilution involved in this transaction otherwise o/s would be not 12m after a 1 for 101 r/s.
They lied when they filed a 8-k with 1 for 19 reverse split.
