With the lack of news this quarter...I'm setting my expectations that 'revenue lift off' will be at earliest next quarter.

Did anyone notice in that 8K filing on Dec 1 that the increase in authorized common shares to 50 million passed with 50.5% of the vote? Wonder how that happened, and why it wasn't filed with the original proxy results. I wonder if there'll be more to come on that one...
