Yes. As I have shown before, WDRP is specifically referenced in several of the documents filed by SEC in their successful prosecution of Jean-Francois Amyot (founder of WDRP) for a variety of securities law violations.

One can only speculate as to why the company's apologists attempt to deny this irrefutable fact.
