IMO BOD shooted for the merging company

Through which they would have taken control of the post split and post merger Trimerica

No information was given on who was in the merging company.

If BOD is aware of a y wrongdoings by STKRSKY, they must act on it, it is their fiduciary obligation as they represent shareholders.

When is the next BOD meeting?

STKRSKY resigned as the CEO, is he still on the BOD.
