There is absolutely nothing "clean" about this dirty POS. There is a huge amount of debt owed to past management - the same management currently under SEC investigation - that can be converted into an almost unlimited number of new free-trading common shares that can (and would be) immediately dumped into the market.

This company is worth nothing. Dead or alive.
