You have no idea how much time and effort it has taken to get this moving.

Yes, a large capital investment by somebody, anybody, is what everyone else has been waiting on -- there would have been more activity by now, and Bill Hodson would be out of the picture entirely (and perhaps also out of LVVV) already if an investor had already funded the next step.

No, it is not correct to say there is NOTHING HERE.

I will soon file an 8-K disclosing a power of attorney.
