10K and 10Q anytime, Walmart sales should be reflected in the 10Q (1st Q) will have the agreement with walmart in detail.... and maybe some huge increase in sales activity.. I think that is why they waited. They probably wanted to show increased sales and the 1st Quarter should reflect being in Walmart stores.

They have a fiscal year end for June 30th... prior year they filed 10K, November 4th and 10Q December 1st... so yes anytime they can file it.
