No reason whatsoever to consider a R/S anytime soon. there are no buyers. A r/s of any ratio would be quickly .0001 again. No bid is no bid.

It's good news that the previous management team was fired. they seemed to only be good at collecting dust. New management means new hope... a ticker sold to someone that isn't a human cancer like Berthold would leave me even more hopeful.

Let's see how it plays out in 2016.
