The SEC just looks the other way and let's these scumbags rob
millions everyday.

If you went into a dept store and shoplifted $50.00 worth of merchandise, you would probably do some jail time.
If you rob millions on Wall St. the SEC gives you a trophy like you just won the Oscar.
