The shares are DOWN almost 20% right now?

Not quite sure how that would equate to "buying" taking place?

Buying tends to make the share price go UP, while net selling tends to make the share price go DOWN.

Supply and demand pretty much.

Not sure what would indicate any buying today when the stock is bleeding solid red with both a falling Bid and a falling Ask??
