Falling Bid, FALLING ASK, LOL !!

Well, looks to me like when ya take the little dribs and drabs of the ole insider buying prop "air" out from inflating the fat tire, it goes right back to flat and deflating, LOL !!

0.65 / 0.73 (2666 x 2625)

Just an ole penny stock again. How'd that big ole 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split "plan" thingy work out, LOL???? Guess it got um above ONE PENNY so they could get off the OTC pink sheets, so I guess that's a heck of a big "accomplishment"??? I thought it was going to lead to "financing deals" and a blah, blah, blah from the ole PR "stuff" they put out?

The market cap on that Bid today is about:

1,200,000 X .65 = $780,000 bucks

HOLY COW, back below a lousy $MILLION market cap. Wowza. That can't be good?

I don't see what's gonna stop this spiral, the ole death spiral of never ending convertible debt shares and dilution burying this thing like a shovel ready project?

They just inked TWO more toxic finance deals with ole Magna very recently and filed a SEC S-1 to get 340K (yes, 340 THOUSAND) more shares diluted to give to ole Magna for the "financing" deal- just massive more dilution that's gonna hit the Ask/sell-side of this puppy.

Got nowhere to go but DOWN IMO. I just don't see what's possibly going to change that reality? NOT looking good here IMO. That dismal market cap relative to their massive debts- puts um on life support territory IMO, as their SEC filed "going concern" warnings would seem to also confirm.

Toxic Magna deal #1, and...

Toxic Magna deal #2 only less than approx 2 months later.

Just never ending tapping of the cash-for-steeply-discounted-dilution-shares till looks like to me. BURIED under never ending common share dilution, of the worst kind- aka convertible, floorless debt kind.
