So Michael Needham is the CEO Heritage Action for America, http://heritageaction.com/about/ so I don't think this is the same company. Also Heritage Action for America is a non profit company. Perhaps Mr.Graves worked a little bit with Heritage Action for America and decided it would be a great public entity.
