ALL STAR EXECUTIVE TEAM:
TeleSecurity Sciences personnel have distinguished and successful backgrounds in scanning technology in both medical and security imaging markets. This research and development has led to significant advances in threat detection and the treatment of cancer and heart disease.

Key members of TeleSecurity Sciences staff and its associates have been involved in the founding of some of the most succesful imaging businesses. Example companies include Invision, Imatron, Analogic, Neurologica, Hinnovation, Terarecon, Techniscan, BSD Medical, and Photo Diagnostic Systems.


Douglas P. Boyd, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer

*Internationally recognized CT expert, in both medical and security fields.
*He has pioneered the development of fan-beam CT technology, Xenon detector arrays and electron beam tomography (EBT) scanners.
*He is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Imatron, the producer of EBT scanners, which was acquired by GE Healthcare.
*He is also a founding member of InVision Technologies, a developer of airport explosive detection systems (EDS)-He has served on its board until its acquisition by GE.
*Dr. Boyd is the Managing Director of Imaging Technology Ventures, Inc., and is also on the boards of Imaging Technology Group, TechniScan, BSD Medical Corporation and HealthAddress.

*Authored over 100+ scientific papers.
*He is a frequent invited speaker at universities and symposiums. *Dr. Boyd holds thirteen U.S. patents and several others pending.

Bernard M. Gordon M.S., Dr. Gordon
*Distinguished businessman and renowned inventor and expert in imaging technology.
*Dr. Gordon received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has been awarded several honorary degrees in Engineering and Science.

*He has founded a number of innovative businesses and many have grown into substantial corporations including Neurologica Corporation, which he co-founded and serves as its President, and Analogic Corporation, which he founded and served as its C.E.O. and President.
*More recently he founded Photo Diagnostic Systems Inc, a leading company in the PET imaging market and a partner with Telesecurity Sciences in the development of new CT scanning equipment.
*He remains an active entrepreneurial innovator. Dr. Gordon serves as the Chairman Emeritus of Lahey Clinic Foundation.
*He serves as a Trustee of Tufts University.

He is considered as the “father of analog to digital conversion” and widely known for his inventions and contributions to signal translation, medical tomography and other high precision instrumentation products and applications.
*He has received the National Medal of Technology from President Reagan and was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering.
* He holds more than 200 patents worldwide.

*A lifelong inventor, Dr Gordon’s creations include the fetal monitor, the high speed analog to digital converter, the instant imaging computer aided tomography scanner and Doppler radar.
*He is the primary architect of the multi slice dual energy computer tomography system that is used in over 1000 eXaminer scanners throughout the world.

Samuel M. Song, Ph.D., Chief Technology Officer,
*received the SB, MS, and Ph.D. degrees from MIT, UCLA and USC, respectively, all in Electrical Engineering.
*He has 25+ years of industrial and academic research and development experience in imaging and image processing systems.

* Dr. Song holds four US patents and has several others pending.

Hui Hu, Ph.D., Chairman of the Board
20+ years of experience in medical imaging industry, particularly in multinational, midsize, and startup companies.
*He was a Senior Physicist at GE Healthcare where he designed several GE flagship products, including the LightSpeed (multi-slice) CT scanner, and received numerous awards.
*He is the founder, President and CEO of HInnovation, which was acquired by Vital Images.

Dr. Hu is an Associate Adjunct Professor of Radiology at several US medical centers and has published extensively in international journals and conferences.
* Dr. Hu is an inventor of over forty US patents.

Brian A. Chard, F.C.I.S., Chief Financial Officer
*qualified Accountant and Company Secretary. Mr. Chard is a UK Citizen and is also a Director of one of Telesecurity Sciences’s main stockholders, Global Secure Limited.
*He has many years experience in raising equity finance and was responsible for the financial management and control of the Belfry Property funds, a series of multi million $ UK commercial property funds.
*His particular emphasis was on the creation of funding relationships and investor liason.

Mr. Chard has been closely involved in the founding of a number of successful start-up and early stage property development and technology businesses.
