In my understanding, Ness is out the picture as well. It is Alpha Capital Anstalt vs Ness.

At the time of this:

This stock had no value at the of the above post. See.

This whole case has really nothing to do with UVSE, or I would be very surprised if it did, and more to with Bill having a quick phone about a distress company at the time, with a debatable owner. Not a viable plan at all.

More on the case..

Conclusion: Looks like Ness gets to keep all its stuff/assets and move on. Ness gets to capitalizing aka going public, impressive. Alpha Capital Anstalt is stuck with "nothing" and more "nothing" ... UVSE.

Dare I say it, Alpha Capital Anstalt is fourth rate fund with a ton of money to lose and lots of folks to sue. Just look at some of their recent investments. ex. iHookUpSocial.com, really....

Wish they would focus their energies on UVSE and for good and not hooking up. Laughable, I cannot believe they even take themselves seriously.

They are well off though. They throw half a million around like it going to the grocery store for a weeks worth of food a lot of that is junk food or perhaps the fund is run by 16 year old riches kids, with their choice of bets.
