When did lying to investors, ignoring investors, and also ignoring lawful filing obligations suddenly become excusable for MMMW, when judged solely and based on the type of financing not utilized?

The factual points of;
MMMW management consistently misleading their investors,
their products have all been commercial failures to date,
their ongoing compliance issues with the SEC,
their current equity structure being almost fully depleted,
minimal trading liquidity and getting worse,
predictably consistent PPS decline over more than a decade,
that they currently have no communicated plan of action or funds to properly address these matters,
are all management's own self inflicted problems and are all completely unrelated to the type of financing NOT utilized.

Bottom line here is;
Changing the subject does not and can not excuse or change the facts.
