be 90 days I believe on a symbol change & often they would get some questions back & things get dragged out for a couple more months. Either way seems we would have heard something by now, but I was thinking along the same lines as you with the potential of another company being involved.
Such a small share structure, generally clean shell & wouldn't take much of anything to get financials up to date as there is no real activity; would seem to provide a good route for another company to go public via sgui whether a merge or just use of the shell.
