They could be looking at the possibility of a grant or some equivalent news....
The shooters are getting slowly but surely pressured.
Traders and the like are pumping this up.
People are actually looking at the patents filed and see potential value; especially with the VP appointment of C.W.
Either way i'm not complaining at all....
At this point anyway.
