ihubmoney,

Just "the usual" if I had to guess. I'd say the insider(s) are throwing another $2K or whatever on that Ask, just as has been going on for a few months now. (notice, just now, it took about $300 bucks or less to knock the wind right out of those AM sails. It's falling already on almost no volume traded. The "pattern")

So far all the Form-4 insider buys haven't really made a dent in stemming thee effects of massive, on-going, common share dilution due to continual use of convertible debt financing. Just look at the stock making it's latest all, all, all TIME LOWS of 25 CENTS, aka .00025 split adjusted, despite "insider buys" as high as $5 bucks a share or more very recently, LOL !! Talk about staggering losses, HOLY COW. Them ole Form-4 buys haven't amounted to a hill of bad beans that I can tell? The shares are in as big a free-fall as they've ever been since the massive 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split. No bottom in sight that I can see or find?

The volume today is low, literally about $2K worth and it took it up 25% or whatever on very few trades (like 1 or 2, LOL) - so looks like more of the same "Form-4" buying to me, trying to prop the shares up.

0.85 / 1.00 (1000 x 1290)

Notice, the Bid and Ask are both rapidly collapsing after almost exactly $2K was purchased on the inflated AM price. Typical of the days when the Form-4 insider buys have been made for the past several months.

Look at that Bid, now pinned clear back at a lousy 85 CENTS. Whoever paid $1.35 just minutes ago, literally, would now be at an enormous loss of 35% or more if they tried to sell those same $2K of shares back that they bought 30 minutes or so ago. That's what a mega-spread, no volume, "goose that Ask" looks like to me. It's inflated, got no support under it. Phony Ask inflation by the dilution MM's and penny brokers IMO.

If a Form-4 is filed in a few days, it'll be known. Also, USRM itself authorized themselves to buy-back shares, which makes ZERO sense LOL !! They're using toxic, borrowed, convertible debt cash to buy-back the dilution convertible debt shares flooding the market and driving the price down, LOL !!!

I don't see how one steps under a falling Mac Truck that can go from $1 and change to 25 FREAKING CENTS in less than about 15 minutes? It'll go back to that new all, all, all time LOW sooner than later IMO. It's never failed yet to go back to the most recent lows and then head even lower.

Per a previous recent post of mine- USRM just took on a serious pile of more Magna toxic, floorless convertible debt (even re-negotiating the prior Magna note to now be floorless, per Magna demanding it looks like to me, in order to give them the new notes)- and Magna has not even been selling/dumping yet in a serious way as the shares are just now getting registered for sale by USRM with the SEC S-1 filing.

340 THOUSAND more dilution shares, steeply discounted are about to get handed to Magna, probably in early Jan 2016, and then every last one of um is going to hit the Ask/Sell-side like lickety split fast IMO.

Just look at late 2014 when the first 2 Magna deals were inked- and the subsequent chart and MASSIVE losses that occurred. The common shares went to the "trips" (TRIPLE ZEROS) for their first time ever, losing about 90% of their value in about a 10 month or so period. TOTAL DILUTION, CONVERTIBLE DEBT WRECKING BALL. No reason for me to believe the exact same thing isn't gonna happen all over again now- with Magna holding approx $350K of new convertible debt toxic notes, just recently issued.

It won't surprise me in the least if these common shares see 10 cents at some point in the next 3 months or less, not a bit surprised.

340K new dilution shares all going to good ole Magna, aka Josh Sason and the "wrecking crew", LOL !!

Looks like the MM's are already letting the air out of the fat tire from this AM, now that the little "buy at market" spree looks to likely be over. Same old pattern.

That's my less than a $bucks worth, for whatever its worth, which AIN'T MUCH, LOL !!
