It's been a little while now, but my recollection is that the last filing was already outdated because it didn't show the huge cash influx from Solar Power (SOPW).

...I didn't buy in anywhere close to .80, but yeah, I feel bad for those who did.

I feel horrible for recommending this stock last year. in the 80-90 cent range

It blows my mind how much money this company spends and how little revenue they generate. they are certainly a cash cow with many millions on hand but boy the history of debt hear is sickening. losses as far as the eye can see or in this case read. i see that they purchased a California based solar company this year and was suppressed at the price they paid for them something like 36M, i don't see how a company like this can go on.

I was a supporter back when the ZBB game was running but after reading their last 10-Q I'm sure the CEO is loaded with all the cash he's got.

they really need to do something about all the debt.
