How interesting, NSLP has accused its form accounting firm of falling asleep at the wheel and allowing the company to falter by not identifying certain financial problems sooner. The accounting firm actually agreed with that assertion. Oddly enough, it appears this poor performance allowed the NSLP to issue the preferred shares. NSLP apparently legitimately thought they were in good shape.
