Alright Gentlemen,
I met with Jeremy Foti CEO and Geoff Broderick the VP. Woo Kim was not present, but they were very very professional. They gave me a tour of the office space and then we sat down for a questions and answer session in the conference room.

I asked them about the CBD machine, Michigan production facility, national chain, Clean VD, Lipmedrx, and the other potential business deals. They said that they can't disclose this to just one shareholder but they do plan on addressing this in a year end update on all the business deals.

I asked them about the fluff PR's, they feel that they want to keep us well informed on all aspects of the negotiations and information as it comes available.

As for the stock price they said that they have no control of the daily activities in the market, they only thing that they can control is building a solid company and the rest will fall into place.


They did give me a sample of the lipmedrx lip balm which is I think is an awesome product


I think we all need to relax a little bit, these guys are hard at work trying to do the right things for their shareholders
