It looks bearish right now, it just broke down through a continuation pattern called a bear flag. If you want to hold on to it and can buy put options that can help out. Otherwise consider having a price in mind where you would close the position. It has been a long time since my original posting and markets do change, when stocks start to make lower highs and lower lows that's a downtrend to consider. Best wishes and good luck
