It's the story of surviving at such an early stage.

I feel the same when companies reverse split. They don't care as it gives them a little more breathing room. A whole new soiree of investors come in and 'invest'.

I hope they can do the right thing but as Longgg stated it leaves BK still involved. Unless there is something else that could have stripped his shares etc ( if they were a different class etc).
