So, the fact that the SEC, in a court document in 2009-10, claimed that there was no significant naked short position in criminal enterprise SPNG means nothing to you?

geesh!



NO to think that volume would not be abused by naked shorting to make millions is lack of common sense. Both happen not just one. Unless Like I said you think they passed on that chance to make millions. I don't why would they.
