FRCN has been an non reporting stock (OTCNI tier) since 11/07/2014 after filing the Key Form 15-12G! Why did you expect any news from an non-reporting stock? Which is why FRCN has the "STOP" sign since then. Anyway OTCNI tier is a bad news due to no more filing and usually no more news while it is also a good news for the real investors due to no more diluting risk and no more R/S risk!

What we need here is: just slapping 5M ~ 10M shares to trigger the overdue 14-bagger huge rally!
