I called the UMS number yesterday afternoon (678-585-6413) a guy picked up the phone. I asked about acquisition by italk? But he asked what was my relationship to italk before he answered.
I told him I was an investor with italk. He then said there is a merger in the works with italk. He also said the SEC filings should be completed by February 2016.

What then is 12/15/15 date that was stated on this board with regards to?

Could someone else call and find out more today and verify?
