The new share repurchase extension may absorb 10% of the 20.7 million outstanding shares. 12.3 million in the float

The question is that going to affect the share price to the upside?
Shaving approximately 10% off the outstanding shares/float. Maybe more or maybe less depending on price. I pretended to use $2.00 a share for simplicity.

We are also running into tax loss selling days at the present.
