It never was
It was defunct and dormant before he tried to hijack it. UNVC was one of the companies in default, named in the original SEC complaint against Ribotsky. Cohen, a couple years later, appeared to try to hijack the shell, naming himself as consultant, etc.
But the pump off of it went nowhere and UNVC went back into trading dormancy in addition to it's operational dormancy.
Hasn't traded any shares on the vast majority of days this year. Or last year for that matter.
Don't know what Cohen was trying to accomplish, but it went nowhere fast.
