I went today to the presentation in DC.
Here are the highlights:
-Anavex was the only biotech presenting
-2-73 can become a potential platform for the treatment of a number of CNS diseases since recent studies found that a number of them have same origin
-the phase 2a is designed with a lot of hurdle so that phase 3 doesn't fail
-our CEO hardly discussed the 12 weeks data since it's ongoing and the only thing he mentioned was that 70% of patients noticed improvement in quality of life
-since he couldn't reveal non public info, he insisted on the fact that all patients want to go for the 52 weeks and that is very unusual
-he also insisted that at 5 weeks 2 tests showed statistically significant improvement whereas the trial was not designed to measure them. And in those tests there is not a placebo effect like testing pain for ex.
- the more data they get the more it confirms the positive results
-12 weeks result should be out by mid-january if not before and they will be looking for a great venue to announce them

Most of what was said is already public but the few new info speak for themselves

Someone asked again about the reversal in cognition as for her it's unheard of.
