The story I've heard...


is that he is withholding the distribution until he can show that he can build value into MRDN and HTSC. I suppose the thinking is that if he can do that, then those who get the distribution would be more likely to hold as investors rather than sell, or if they did choose to sell there would be a market for the shares and any selling wouldn't cause a big hit to the share price of either stock.

Sucks waiting, though.
