Thanks, I agree with that 100%! No Problem with that at all. Now when someone takes action to have my shares in ECDC rendered null & void, I would say that is harming me and that is a whole other animal.
I would say the better solution for someone who wants no more to do with this company is to go to your broker and have your shares given back/removed and let ALL other people decide the fate of their own shares.

Is that not reasonable?

PS: For anyone who wants to give up your shares, it's a very easy process. I've done it before after a R/S when I was left with a small amount of shares and it looked as though the company was going to pull another one several months later. In that case I would rather of paid the fee to get rid of them and not pay the fee post R/S and have a couple of dozen shares left.
