So apparently you know if they are also not part of UBRG. There was an 8k a while back that listed them as Management. It could be possible that they transferred to UBRG and are going to get rid of NDR and make it one company...unless your source told you information about that as well. I am anxious for the news to come out so we can see what is going on. Hope it's soon.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
