I had a feeling it was going to get postponed. If the meeting took place this month I was afraid it was going to turn out ugly. I bet no matter how everyone votes it will be delayed. The land owner has got a attorney from what I understand since he is not getting his payments. Also heard third party that the original crews never got paid and walked off the job. These are not facts just third party knowledge.
