$ECDC I had a great chat with SEC personnel yesterday and now the next step is submitting the evidences why this company is scam and how this company operates without license (which is federal crime). I am learning a lot in the process. We have discussed some of the quarterly SEC reports also extensively & found out how they are similar and why it is bogus. It is going to be a tedious task. But gives me the immense pleasure to contribute to STOP something which is not only illegal but also deceiving. This is America, things will surely work if get enough data.
