From what I remember UBRG bailed them out and that is how they came to own 51%. Doesn't sound like they were getting the job done to me. UBRG has been trying to expand. They have not been successful. Here's the thing...NDR is the one doing the work. They failed. Time for them to stop getting paid for doing nothing.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
