AH_LL This has got to be the merger.lol Look at the paragraph here. They are building homes in Bakersfield CA, the same city as the stock and the stocks old filings have Homecretes older addy. I think they planned on going public a long time ago and decided to wait. And now they are gonna go public. Most home builders are 15 to 50 bucks. This isnt some crappy penny stock Homebuilder.imo They are building a good bit around FL and CA



EcoVillage Bakersfild is a gated community in the Bakersfield, CA area. The community consists of 166 single family homes. Starting at mid 200's. More information coming soon.
