Looks real bad right now. Website is down, no phone, no legal address, no communication with mgt. and the usual lies being posted everyday. Time for everyone to bombard the SEC with complaints. My advice is to not use their online forms, because you never hear back from them. They probably just delete them.
Send a certified or better yet a registered mail letter that they can' just ignore. Send copies to the Attorney General of the State as well.
They will have to act if they get enough complaints that they don't just simply delete.
