Just guessing but probably people working with Neogenomics or the Investor group working with SVM. If the volume gets to high or the share price starts increasing that will set off alarm bells for other investors and may start moving the stock higher. Better to come in and try to keep the volume down by buying smaller share amounts and spreading your buys out. It could even be an older shareholder like Bill Quirck trying to get a few more shares before any news on the horizon.
