I'm not a apologist for this company. I only pointed out my thoughts on how I don't see enough evidence to shut this company down. Not how much emotional damage they have done, but where they have failed to comply with OTC regulations. Yes, I know that they are delinquent with their state of registry, but that's an easy fix, which I assume he would do if he had the money to do it.
So on the SLIM chance that he pulls a rabbit out of his hat, I'd rather let it stay open. Shutting it down does nothing for anyone as far as getting their money back. It would only give some people a sense of revenge, IMO.
I've learned much sense I first bought this company almost 2 years ago. Now I realize that 99.5% of these companies are NEVER going to be anything but a quick flip, so I GAMBLE accordingly. Also, if I were to gamble an amount that would get me terribly upset upon loosing, then it's MY fault for taking the risk. Nobody makes me do this, IT'S A CHOICE I MAKE, so I take the hit and move on.

Paint jobs in EITHER direction are a cry for help.
