Probably that and don't forget they issued some shares when they raise the float. "I Guess", that is, we never saw a filing from them. So someone is probably unloading some shares that were issued to them...or both.
Wouldn't that suck, if they had to use their own money to buy back shares that they issued to someone in order for them to not get sued by said people. OUCH!
2 birds with one stone maybe, pay-off debt holders & return shares that they sold.
All Just Guessing???
