Apologies if you are not that poster, but your question led me down that path.

Patent/IP infringement is my answer. To date none of the attachments have any of Engels engineers names on there, only lqmt and Apple, with most belonging to lqmt engineers/consultants.

Engel would face Apple in court over infringement since the MTA gives lqmt the protection of BIG brother Apple if someone dares infringe upon IP. Engel wouldn't dare. Now CIP is trying to prosecute an entire injection molding system (to include attachments) but that's tougher since the standard components of injection machines were already patented in others prior art. Mind you this is go horizontal machine. Apple is also prosecuting version for vertical use.
