NESV: FYI hearing the funders maxed out their reserved shares to convert and can NOT dilute till they get common shareholders approval to. This will take over 2 months and the BEAUTY of it: GOOD LUCK GETTING SHAREHOLDERS APPROVAL... lol

NASDAQ uplisting is the name of the game once the Acquisition is closed.
