Being "loved" and working "normal" hours doesn't encapsulate every successful CEO. Yes, I remember Goizueta. But I do remember a guy who worked enormous hours and was despised by many - remember Steve Jobs?

I think I've made my point in that the article is a ridiculous generalization. Most CEO's work ridiculous hours. I really don't know what hours Steipp keeps, but to make hours worked, or not worked, a projection of success or failure is incredibly naive. GL.
