Global Warming legislation is a ruse for population elimination. It will Not be a massive shift of money from the rich to the poor. The ultra rich will grow their wealth on the backs of the middle class and poor people who have been fooled.

The NWO does not intend to have many people in it. Many, great and small, will help the process.
