This is 1 of a couple of stocks that have sat idle in my port. I don't see a reason to take a write-off at this time. (Hasn't died...yet)
As far as the SEC shutting them down, I don't see why they would? (Although a creditor might accomplish that.) Having given their latest filling a once over, I see they have activity. Even though it is poor, at least they are not continuing to issue shares.
Again, with them being current and evidently conducting business, I don't see a reason to shut them down.
Pissed off shareholders don't raise it to that level, IMO.
Sorry, I can't wish you good luck trying to shut down my investment.
