What we really want to know, Is are they paying the Franchise Fees listed on the website

Questions we have... Will this be paid to Unique BEFORE the store opens?

INITIAL FRANCHISE FEE $100,000

Will they be paying the ongoing fees listed on the website

Ongoing fees are a weekly royalty fee of 5% of gross sales and an advertising fee of 3% of monthly gross sales.

If they don't pay these fees, the store means ZERO income for UPZS. It will just be and independent store in CA, Exactly like last time the same guy had a Unique Pizza Shop in CA. He paid no fees what so ever. He ran it as an independent shop.

Its all about UPZS having an income
